The sliding plate can be accurately landed by the expansion and contraction of the horizontal telescopic cylinder. The use of the winch can carry out the towing, hoisting and righting operations of the processed objects. The function of the luffing oil cylinder is to tilt the skateboard to a specified angle, which is convenient for handling the skateboard on the vehicle.
